- How Long Does Shipping Take?

NOTE: We ship all packages with a Tracking Number. Tracking will be available within 2-4 weeks (when we finish making your order) after we ship it out, it then takes 24-72hours soon as the courier service updates it, if you didn't receive it anyhow, please reach out to us. We'll do all we can to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep in a timely manner!
Custom made Items:
* Due to high volume orders on custom made items shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks. However, most orders will arrive in 4 weeks.
* Sometimes items may be shipped in multiple packages to expedite the delivery process. So do not WORRY if you have missing items, they'll come in more packages.
* In case the item is lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Just contact our support with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Do you offer returns on retail items?
Absolutely! But we will accept returns only if a mistake was made on our side, defective product, wrong size, etc. No refunds are available on sale items, free promotional products or custom made items, but we do offer free replacement or exchange in case the item is lost, broken or damaged.
All items must be returned within 7 days and must be unused and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged by a cat, dog, rabbit, turtle, goat, dragon, or any other mystical creature or odor.

1. How do I order?
It's very simple, really! Select your item (s), choose quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" button. After reviewing your cart click the "CHECKOUT" button to go to the checkout page to enter your shipping and billing information. You can also pay by clicking the PayPal button at anytime on the cart page and checkout page.

We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. We use PayPal and Stripe, the 2 most popular payment gateways in the world to process payments. So not even our staff get to see your payment details. All of your personal information is secure.
3. How quickly do you respond to email queries?
We answer all email within one business days.
4. Where are you based?
Our operations, manufacturers and warehouses are located in both New York, U.S. and in East Asia. For U.S. customers, items are shipped from our warehouse in New York, USA via USPS first-class and priority mail shipping for faster delivery time.
5. What does it mean: order status "Unfulfilled"?
Your order is being processed and the order's tracking number is pending. We usually fulfill the orders and send our customers the tracking number when the order's tracking number is submitted to the Postal System, which takes 3-5 days after the order is already shipped.
6. What does it mean: order status "Fulfilled"?
That means your order is being shipped.
7. It's been over the estimated delivery times, where is my order?

8. How do I track my order?

9. My tracking code says “pending” or “no information available at the moment”.
Sometimes the first tracking results appear 5-10 business days after you receive the order's tracking number. If the problem remains for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
10. My tracking code says “expired”
Please contact us and we will quickly solve this issue.
11. How do I stay updated about my order tracking?
We use After Ship Tracking System to track our customers orders, so whenever the tracking information is updated, you should receive an email.
12. I ordered something, but I want to cancel
You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing email@example.com with your order number as the subject.
13. I ordered something, but want to change the item color or size.
You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. Why only two hours? Because after you make an order, the order slip is printed down in packing and often shipped immediately! You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your new color or size option.
14. I ordered something, but want to change the delivery address.
You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by emailing email@example.com with your new delivery address.
15. My order arrived, but the items were faulty, wrong items or wrong size
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the faults. If we determine the item is faulty, depending on the situation, we can ship out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).
16. My order arrived, but I want to return it.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with your order number. You can send us your item back and we will issue a refund. *Postage costs will be at your expense.
